- Workout your core and legs with this high intensity class using the power of drumsticks
- This class uses a stationary bike to help you get a great workout.

- We bring the weight room to you. Total body sculpting using a bar, weights, bands, and balls.
- SilverSneakers ®
- Have fun through a variety of exercises. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available for seated and/or standing support.
- A faster pace strength, flexability, and endurance building class that is in the SilverSneakers family.
- Utilizing the step will shape your entire body one step at a time.
- A cardio-based class that uses the grooves and moves of Latin-inspired music to give you a good, fun workout.
- An exciting fusion of pilates and yoga. Designed to work out your core and flexibility
- High Intensity Interval Training. Class is outside on the football field, in bad weather class will be in Queenax Room.
A conditioning class that pushes you to the next level. Space is limited-sign up at the front desk.
