Spin
        This class uses a stationary bike to help you get a great workout.
Power Pump
We bring the weight room to you. Total body sculpting using a bar, weights, bands, and balls.

 

SilverSneakers ®
Have fun through a variety of exercises. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available for seated and/or standing support.
BOOM
A faster pace strength, flexability, and endurance building class that is in the SilverSneakers family.
Step
Utilizing the step will shape your entire body one step at a time.
Zumba
A cardio-based class that uses the grooves and moves of Latin-inspired music to give you a good, fun workout.

 

PiYo
An exciting fusion of pilates and yoga. Designed to work out your core and flexibility
H.I.I.T.
 High Intensity Interval Training. Class is outside on the football field, in bad weather class will be in Queenax Room.

Y-Extreme 
       A conditioning class that pushes you to the next level. Space is limited-sign up at the front desk.
