- Workout your core and legs with this high intensity class using the power of drumsticks
- This class uses a stationary bike to help you get a great workout.
- Power Pump
- We bring the weight room to you. Total body sculpting using a bar, weights, bands, and balls.
- Golden & Fit
- Have fun through a variety of exercises. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles. A chair is available for seated and/or standing support.
- Utilizing the step will shape your entire body one step at a time.
- A cardio-based class that uses the grooves and moves of Latin-inspired music to give you a good, fun workout.
- Stationary bike cardio combined with strength training intervals.
- Fun fitness class for kinder-6th grade.
- A hybrid workout combining ballet-inspired moves with Pilates, dance, yoga & strength training.
- Vinyasa Flow
- A fast paced yoga.
